I think that you could really get blogging-as-education thing going if you actually put homework on here. For instance, you could write up a worksheet in a post instead of wasting the trees. Kids would post their answers as either comments or their own posts.
Just a thought.

Excellent idea. Then maybe your kids will be able to breathe when they get older; I am always looking for ways to decrease paper use.
and no one could say i did not get the home work, but not everyone has internet access
